How your peptides ship, when they arrive, and how they're packed.
Storage on Arrival
- Refrigerate vials on arrival for best long-term stability.
- Once reconstituted, keep the solution refrigerated and follow the handling guidance on the Support page.
Packaging Standards
- Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no product indicators or branding on the outside.
- Vials are cushioned and sealed to protect them in transit; lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during shipping.
- If a package arrives damaged, contact support with your order number within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Expected Delivery Times
- Orders ship within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.
- US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Payments confirmed after 2 PM ET are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- All orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking, from our US facility.
- Shipping is a flat $10 on every order — and it's FREE when your order subtotal reaches $80.
- Signature is not required on delivery, so packages are left per the carrier's standard practice.
- Tracking becomes available once your order ships — check it on the Shipping Status page with your order number.
